Understanding th business: Before crafting any solution or drawing any conclusion it was important to understand the business. We interviewed different people from the organisation to get an in-depth understanding of the business and what it means to each one of them. It helped us pave the way in framing the problem. Understanding the system: Bestseller walked us through the ~9 modules during the kickoff and helped us understand their purpose, key use cases and user feedback. We then performed a review of the 9 modules based on design-principles while keeping the business insights in mind.
